Bu metin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m. 10 uyarınca aydınlatma ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) m. 13 uyarınca bilgilendirme amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
İşlenen veriler. E-posta adresin; yaş aralığın; ana hedefin; isteğe bağlı olarak ödeme isteğine ilişkin cevabın, görüşmeye katılma isteğin ve yazdığın not; seçtiğin site dili; siteye geldiğin bağlantının kaynak etiketi (örn. "instagram"); onay metinlerinin sürümü ve kayıt zamanı. Sağlık verisi (döngü, gebelik, menopoz durumu vb.) bu sitede istenmez ve işlenmez; lütfen not alanına da yazma. Çerez ve reklam takibi kullanılmaz.
Amaç ve hukuki sebep.
- Uygulama açıldığında ve erken erişim başladığında sana e-posta göndermek: formdaki ayrı kutuyla verdiğin açık rıza (KVKK m. 5/1; GDPR m. 6/1(a)).
- Yaş aralığı, hedef, ödeme isteği, dil ve kaynak etiketinin toplu ve anonim analiziyle uygulamanın kime ve nasıl yapılacağına karar vermek: meşru menfaat (KVKK m. 5/2(f); GDPR m. 6/1(f)). Bu analizde kişiye özel karar verilmez.
- Görüşmeye katılmak istediğini belirttiysen seninle bir kez iletişime geçmek: meşru menfaat ve talebin (KVKK m. 5/2(f); GDPR m. 6/1(f)).
Aktarılan taraflar ve ülkeler. Site ve kayıtlar Vercel Inc. (ABD) altyapısında barındırılır; kayıtlar Avrupa Birliği'ndeki (Frankfurt) depolama bölgesinde tutulur. Vercel veri işleyen olarak sözleşmeyle bağlıdır. Vercel bir ABD şirketi olduğundan bu, yurt dışına aktarım sayılabilir; aktarım KVKK m. 9 ve GDPR m. 44–46 kapsamında Vercel'in veri işleme sözleşmesindeki standart sözleşme maddelerine dayanır. Verini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız.
Saklama süresi. Silinmesini isteyene ya da e-posta iznini geri alana kadar, en geç uygulamanın mağazalarda yayımlanmasından 12 ay sonrasına kadar. Bundan sonra yalnız anonim ve toplu sayılar kalabilir.
Haklarınız (KVKK m. 11). Verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, düzeltme, silme ya da yok etme isteme ve bunların aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhine çıkan sonuca itiraz etme, zararın giderilmesini talep etme. Açık rızanı istediğin an geri alabilirsin.
Başvuru. Kayıt olduğun e-posta adresinden info@esyapps.com adresine yaz (KVKK m. 13). Başvurunu en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırırız. Cevabı yeterli bulmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet edebilirsin (KVKK m. 14). AB/AEA'daysan GDPR m. 15–21 haklarına ve bulunduğun ülkenin denetim makamına şikâyet hakkına (m. 77) sahipsin.

Data we process. Your e-mail address; your age band; your main goal; optionally your answer to the price question, whether you'd join an interview and your note; the site language you chose; the source tag of the link you came from (e.g. "instagram"); the version of the notices and the time you signed up. We do not ask for or process health data (cycle, pregnancy, menopause status, etc.) on this site — please don't put it in the note either. No cookies or ad tracking.
Purposes and legal bases. E-mailing you when the app opens and early access starts: your consent given with the separate box (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Aggregated, anonymous analysis of age band, goal, price answer, language and source to decide who to build for and how: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); no individual decisions are made. Contacting you once if you said you'd join an interview: legitimate interest and your request.
Recipients and countries. The site and sign-ups are hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States); sign-ups are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt) storage region. Vercel is bound as a processor by contract. As Vercel is a US company this may be a transfer abroad; it relies on the standard contractual clauses in Vercel's data-processing agreement (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Arts. 44–46). We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
Retention. Until you ask us to delete it or withdraw e-mail consent, and at the latest 12 months after the app is published in the stores; after that only anonymous totals may remain.
Your rights. Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–21: access, information, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; you can withdraw consent at any time. Write from your sign-up e-mail to info@esyapps.com; we reply free of charge within 30 days. You may complain to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Board or, in the EU/EEA, to your local supervisory authority (GDPR Art. 77).

Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen. E-Mail zum Start und frühen Zugang: deine Einwilligung über das separate Kästchen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO; Art. 5 Abs. 1 KVKK). Zusammengefasste, anonyme Auswertung von Altersgruppe, Ziel, Preisantwort, Sprache und Quelle, um zu entscheiden, für wen und wie wir die App bauen: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO); keine Einzelentscheidungen. Einmalige Kontaktaufnahme, wenn du ein Gespräch angeboten hast: berechtigtes Interesse und deine Anfrage.
Empfänger und Länder. Hosting durch Vercel Inc. (USA); Anmeldungen werden in der EU-Speicherregion (Frankfurt) gespeichert. Vercel ist als Auftragsverarbeiter vertraglich gebunden; eine mögliche Übermittlung stützt sich auf die Standardvertragsklauseln im Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag von Vercel (Art. 44–46 DSGVO; Art. 9 KVKK). Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht.
Speicherdauer. Bis du die Löschung verlangst oder die Einwilligung widerrufst, spätestens 12 Monate nach Veröffentlichung der App in den Stores; danach höchstens anonyme Summen.
Deine Rechte. Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO); Widerruf der Einwilligung jederzeit. Destinataires et pays. Hébergement par Vercel Inc. (États-Unis) ; les inscriptions sont stockées dans la région de stockage de l'UE (Francfort). Vercel est lié par contrat en tant que sous-traitant ; un éventuel transfert repose sur les clauses contractuelles types de son accord de traitement (art. 44 à 46 RGPD ; art. 9 KVKK). Nous ne vendons pas tes données.
Durée de conservation. Jusqu'à ta demande de suppression ou au retrait de ton consentement, au plus tard 12 mois après la publication de l'app ; ensuite seuls des totaux anonymes peuvent subsister.

No vendemos tus datos.
Conservación. Hasta que pidas su supresión o retires el consentimiento, como máximo 12 meses después de publicar la app; después, solo totales anónimos.
